SAIC Announces Subscription Dates (26/02/2007)
CMA has agreed to the dates for subscription in the shares of SAIC starting from Saturday 20/2/1428H corresponding to 10/3/2007G until the end of Monday 29/2/1428H corresponding to 19/03/2007G. Also, they have decided that Sunday 6/3/1428H corresponding to 25/3/2007G as the last day to allot the shares and refund the extra money to the shareholders.
The prospectus for subscription will be published soon. Further, the receiving banks are Banque Saudi Franci, Samba and National Commercial Bank.

General Assembly (21/01/2007)
In the Extra-ordinary General Assembly held on Wednesday, 17/01/2007, at 6:00pm in Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry, SAIC Shareholders agreed to the following:
1) Increase SAIC’s capital from 108 million to 432 million SR.
2) Reduce the number of members in SAIC Board from Nine to Seven members starting from the next term.
